Name Plate Clay and glaze	Blue Ombre Clay and Glaze. This artwork was my first attempt at thrown wheel pottery. The technique used when glazing was a completely different style to my normal practice, I have not previosuly worked with blending glaze colors and was surprised by how well the colors mixed together and came out to be.	Beach Clay and glaze. Following my previous work "Blue Ombre," I decided to use the blending of the glaze colors again for this piece. Blending different shades of blue and using white to make it seem like the waves were crashing into the sandy beach. It’s quite obvious that blue is a popular color among my artworks as it’s been used in many of her pottery pieces.
